My lab is researching two-dimensional semiconducting materials for physics and technology applications. If you are interested in learning about the latest physics and challenges in semiconductor and transistor technologies, I would like to hear from you! Masters and undergraduate positions available. Research directions: 2D materials device fabrication and measurement, strain in 2D semiconductors, semiconductor/metal interfaces and contact fabrication.
