ABSTRACT :
Pattern generation is the generation of sequence of data, where the future of a pattern can be predicted and generated by using information on the past of the pattern. Information entropy changes during this process, which imposes thermodynamic costs on generating patterns. We studied the effect of changing the generation process on the thermodynamic costs. Furthermore, we demonstrated the thermodynamic costs of quantum pattern generation be an improvement over classical pattern generation in the asymptotic infinite parallel limit.
