Exotic properties of bending graphene and TlCd2Te4

The Berry curvature and topological numbers play the critical rule to the conductivities and edge properties. Especially, the non-linear Hall conductivity have been presented in artificially corrugated bilayer graphene and Weyl semimetal. In this presentation, we show two different systems, step shape bending graphene and Tl2CdTe4. For step shape bending graphene, we show the existence of Berry curvature and effective magnetic field. Moreover, when external electric and magnetic field are tuned on, the exotic Hall conductivities are presented. On the other hand, we predict a new material Tl2CdTe4, which show Weyl semimetal properties and superconductivities. Our results give a new route to study Berry curvature and topological properties.
